Here are 12 condos ranging in price from $575,000 to $900,000 that are at least 2/2's with balconies in South Beach. Note that a few are a little more of a walk from the beach than others, but I felt they are worthwhile to include in this group. They range in size to a few under 1,200 sq.ft. to over 2,000 sq. ft.
Of particular note is the townhome/condo in Sunset Harbour at over 2,600 sq. ft. for $725K. Several of the condos included have 2 or 3 interior levels within the unit. Some of these have different styles (ex. Mediterranean, Contemporary, etc.) and some may be better (or worse) than their photos, because of the time of day the photos were taken, so I did not want to disqualify one for that reason. The one on West Avenue is also a longer walk to the beach, as is the one on 1700 Meridian Ave, which is a block and a half north of Lincoln Road. I included the town home at the Yacht CLub at Portofino, because of the views but the space is about 1,100 sf.

It is an 8-acre gated community with 3 medium height condo buildings and 45 twon houses located in the middle of the intercoastal waterway. It was designed by several of the leading architects.
