The architect was a protégé of Morris Lapidus, the designer of the Fontainebleau and Eden Roc.
Its classically, striking structure sits on the inter-coastal with one of largest pools in Miami Beach, a view of La Gorce Island and Allison Island to the south along with the Atlantic Ocean and Biscayne Bay to the west.
