Bal Harbour, Florida 

Bal Harbour is one of the more exclusive areas in Miami-Dade County. It is located just north of Surfside and just south of Haulover Park and Haulover Cut, the waterway that offers ocean access. It is well known for the Bal Harbour Mall, one of the most successful and upscale malls in the world. It is approximately 1/2 mile long and in some parts more than 1/2 mile wide.

There have been only a few new condominium buildings that have been constructed there in recent years. The newest is One Bal Harbour/Regent Bal Harbour, which sits on the northeast tip of Bal Habour overlooking the Atlantic Ocean, Haulover Cut and the Intercoastal Waterway. The other one that is currently being built is St. Regis Residences, which is replacing the old hotel - the Sheraton Bal Harbour. It promises to be one of the finer buildings in southeast Florida.
