Michael Sahlman

Michael and his wife, Cristina, moved to Miami Beach from Manhattan over 6 years ago for a change in lifestyle. Michael Sahlman spent most of his business career prior to real estate selling and marketing financial printing services on Wall Street - a business that is highly confidential and time-sensitive, and demands a very high standard of specialized service around-the-clock to customers from all over the world. Currently, Michael writes a column for Realty Times, the leading Real Estate News site on the Internet, and he is considered one of the leading authorities on real estate in the Greater Miami Beach area. Clients included CEO’s, entrepreneurs, investment bankers, corporate attorneys and a few billionaires. Prior to that Michael was a professional tennis player for two years during which time he won several tournaments and achieved a world ranking. He lived in Paris for over a year travelling throughout Europe, and also competed throughout the U.S.  He graduated from Rollins College in Winter Park, Florida and is originally from New York City.

Cristina Euripedes-Sahlman

She is originally from Cuiaba, Brazil and has been working in the U.S. for over 14 years. Cristina graduated as an architect and interior designer. She worked for several years with Sig Bergamin, one of the top Brazilian architects and interior designers, as his senior designer in the Manahttan office. Later, she opened her own companies, Cristina Euripedes Interiors in New York City; then Habitat Design Associates, Inc. in Miami. She is a licensed realtor, a founding member of the International Luxury Society and speaks English, Portuguese and Spanish. Her clients include celebrities, business leaders and entertainers from the U.S., Europe and Brazil.
